Forever In Compliance
Sherrill & Associates most inclusive program is the Full Support Forever In Compliance program. It includes:
(1) Access to the Web-Site,
(2) Sherrill & Associates will provide trainer support (trainee phone or E-Mail consults), test validation and training program over site,
(3) Free Telephone Consulting Services;
(4) Sherrill & Associates will participate in and complete all required reports for the following Technical Studies: The required 5 year Process Hazards Analysis Re-validation study; The required 5 year EPA RMP report preparation, and the 3 year required Compliance Audit.
In addition Sherrill & Associates will provide a sufficient number of contacts and enough consultation support to drive your PSM/RMP program to compliant completion. Once complete an updated set of PSM/RMP Manuals will be available on your Web-Site at all times. The PSM/RMP manual may be downloaded onto a CD-ROM or printed as hard copy from any location that has your passwords and access to the internet.
The only additional charges would be for development and delivery of custom training classes, if desired, and customary travel expense reimbursement for travel during site visits. The cost of a Full Support Forever In Compliance program is $500 per month. (Requires a minimum 12 month prepaid commitment.)
